The project"Livein Village – be Aware of your Worth", is funded by the EEA Financial Mechanisms NGO programs in Lithuania. This year on November 16-17, was the fourth of five planned trainings throughout the project implementation period. The training took place in Saldutiškis community center. They were attended by representatives of two communities – Saldutiškis and Leliūnai.
The first training day was dedicated to gender equality and discrimination, and the second to citizenship and human rights. On the second day the training was attended by a guest Alfredas Maruska, who briefly shared his experiences in implementing civic actions both in Lithuania and abroad.
The fifth of this training activity are planned to be in December in Širvintos area, Gelvonai village. It is planned that there will be representatives from three communities: Gelvonai, Bagaslaviškis and Sargeliai.
